At the beginning of the pandemic, I had an anxiety attack. It was the first one I’ve had in over six years. I filmed this as I was working through it.
The world is a roller coaster right now so I wanted to share this video because I’m sure you or someone you love is feeling anxious right now. I want you to know you’re not alone and there are simple things you can do to take control of your mind and body when you feel like it’s starting to spiral.
