Recall of ingredients:

👉For the chocolate-pear fondant:
3-4 pears (ideally a conference variety),
200g of dark chocolate for baking,
125g of butter,
3 eggs,
140g of sugar,
60g of flour,
30g of cornstarch,
1 pinch of salt

👉For the hot chocolate:
50 cl of milk of your choice
80 g dark chocolate for baking
4 tbsp of sour cream
1 tsp of cinnamon
Mini marshmallows

👉For the Savoyard sandwiches:
1 country bread in a ball, sliced
200g spinach
200g chanterelles
1 clove of garlic
6 slices of raclette cheese
