No one can say "Everything is fine and everything has been fine in my life". We all experienced, at one time, at least one difficulty, one problem. No one escapes it. The difficulty, for some, is to get up, to keep moving, but also to learn, to make decisions.

Fear is an emotion linked to a danger in presence or in perspective. It can be beneficial when it comes to responding to a rational danger, such as aggression, a life-threatening situation. It scares away or prepares the individual to defend himself. But most of the time, it is irrational.

The fear of the Unknown. Fear of failure. The fear of being hurt. The fear of hurting. The fear of not getting out of it ... Fears can come from the imagination. Coué gave the example of the board 10 meters by 15 centimeters wide. We are all capable of walking on this board, if it is on the ground. But what if this same board was placed between two towers of a cathedral? Impossible to start walking on it. Except for a roofer or a carpenter. In the first case, the imagination tells us that the crossing was easy, in the second we imagine the fall. Contrary to what we teach, it is not our will that makes us act, but our imagination. Our thinking, therefore a fear, whether good or bad, is our reality. These fears crystallize us, make us anxious. They are, moreover, most of the time, disproportionate, can obsess us. It is important to identify the fear that prevents us from moving forward, asking the question and adapting our behavior, or the expected response, to be objective and regain self-control. François-Xavier Demaison, before being a humorist and actor was a trader in the United States. If he had listened to his fear of the unknown, of failure, and had put aside his need to stage, would not be what he is today. He would most certainly have ended up with depression, a gray complexion and enormous regret. Philippe Croizon would never have swum across the English Channel. There are a plethora of examples like these. All those who have made their lives successful have overcome their fears.

What time in your life did you learn the most? Yes, it is by making mistakes that we learn, but above all, when we are in action. He who does nothing, is passive, risks nothing, will not necessarily experience failure, but above all, will live his life without undertaking anything, and will be far from meeting his needs. And therefore will not make mistakes, but will not be successful either. It is experience that enables us to make decisions, whether good or bad. Experiment! Make decisions! Do not regret anything, do not let your fears lead you.
It must be said that it is normal to live complicated, difficult moments. What is important is how you will handle the situation. Getting into action to get out of this "crisis" is a must. You will conclude, sooner or later, that this difficult moment allowed you to learn, to move forward. It will necessarily come out of the positive.
And then, if you only knew happiness, how would you identify it? It is your ability to accept or change things that will make you happy. So be happy and don't be afraid of evils! 😊
