I wanted to make this video because with everything going on right now, I see a lot of people turning in on themselves, getting on the defensive and tense up.
Many people fall into fear and anxiety. They think the worst is yet to come.
I'm not saying it's easy to deal with crisis situations. I'm not saying it's easy to keep smiling when you lose your job. I say it's important to keep your head up during these events.
I think that today more than ever, we have to reconnect with our dreams and the things that we have put off.
