A remineralizing vegetable soup, perfect for a detox since it will have a draining action, and with its fibers it will stall you and replace a meal, for example 2 evenings in the week, to lighten your calorie intake a little and contribute to losing weight. I always do a good cure in January and in the fall. Leeks, onions, carrots, cabbage, fennel, celery branch… I salt it with soy sauce, I add a bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf), and a few saffron pistils, optional. I voluntarily leave pieces of vegetables to keep the fibers, and have a consistency that will stall me in the evening before going to sleep 🙂
Another advice, do not hesitate to sprinkle with brewer's yeast (B vitamins) and if you like, the spirulina flakes (iron intake)
